You unsubscribe by sending a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and then respond to the confirmation message received. This address is documented 1. In every message you receive via the mailinglist 2. On the homepage http://www.squid-cache.org/mailing-lists.html If you have problem unsubscribing after changing email address, read the error message carefully.
