[squid-users] Config library?

Hi,

        I was wondering if there is a config library anywhere.
Like a "optimize disk usage", "best for slow machines", "best
for slow networks" or ESPECIALLY a :

        "Best for Soekris 4801's running FreeBSD 5.5 with
a CF card for OS and USB Flash key for Squid cache and 
a low end satellite connection connection to the net" :)

        I'm trying to see if I can put together something
that will match/beat the speed of the satellites built in
proxy. Or, as someone else in another group accused me
of, am I showing my true identity of "Don 'hosed' Quixote 
de la Mancha"... Tilting at windmills and hosed being my
middle name?
