What exactly do you want to happen when the webserver sends this
redirect? Do you want that URL to be sent to the browser, or do you want
the browser to use another URL?
Do you want Squid to listen on that URL, or do you want it to be sent
directly to the origin webserver by the client?
The end user's browser want to get the redirected URL from the
webserver ...if client is requesting http://example.com response to
get in the browser as https://example.com:8443/abc
