[squid-users] TCP_MEM_HIT 98%, and flooding access.log

Hello everyone,

A client seems flooding my access.log with TCP_REFRESH_HIT. When I see
cachemgr: client_list it says:

  TCP_MEM_HIT           280283  98%

and 'tail -f access.log' runs so fast filled with its activities.

What is just happening?
