[squid-users] Can squid 3 be configured both as a forward proxy & reverse proxy (httpd accelerator)?

n Squid 2.5 we had an option httpd_accel_with_proxy which could be
used to turn on both the modes. I could not locate this in squid 3
documentation. Is this mode discontinued?
