To some degree. miss_access can be used to stop other users accessing data; however you may find uncachable data will make the users see many errors. (things like web dots tend to be uncachable).
I know that miss_access must be part of the puzzle to allow my priviledged user to go beyond missed hits, but using miss_access where I allow only my priviledged user raises error conditions of "Relaying Denied" for the other users.
Once I get the system working, I will address the issue of uncachable data. I am developing a system for an educational environment, so I believe that most of the needed data will be static and cachable.
