[squid-users] Can't access this site using squid-2.6.19

Hi,

I am having problem accessing http://www.ura.gov.sg using squid-2.6.19. I 
have no problem if bypass squid. Using squid-2.6.19, I have no issues 
accessing other sites except this. Can anyone help to test out and advise 
how to rectify the problem?
