[squid-users] IP Based ACL

Hello,
      I have configured two files in squid; one is for allowed site and 
other for blocked site and configured ACL for this. At present this is 
working fine. Now my requirement is that I want to apply this ACL only 
for certain IP range and some IPs need to be excluded from this on my 
local network  (192.168.10.1-254/255.255.255.0).  Please tell me how to 
configure  ACL for this. What ACL parameters I need to use?
