I have finally integrated my proxy with squid. I wanted all the request from proxy to go through squid and responses back to proxy. Thanks to Henrick for useful advice.
Now I have a very weird problem. All the company websites [for ex. www.infosys.com, www.cisco.dom etc.], bank related genuine stuff goes through well and the page is retrieved, but when I request for google, yahoo, rediff or orkut, I get the following popup, "The file you are trying to download is of type <bin>" with options to SAVE or CANCEL. Any ideas!! If you have faced similar situation in the past.
