yum provides netfilter_ipv4.h
That will probably tell you that you need to install the kernel-devel
RPM (or perhaps the kernel-smp-devel RPM).
yum -y install kernel-devel
OR
yum -y install kernel-smp-devel
Here are the systems particulars:

Yeah. kernel-smp-devel it is.
