Bill, did you get a chance to test Squid 3.0 to see if the issue is
still apparent?
it was discussed recently on this mailing list the fact that squid
3.0 does NOT support NTLM-authentication pass-trough. So i think with
squid 3.0 it wont work at all. You wont even be able to browser
NTLM-authentication-enabled sites using squid 3.0.
