That means that i have to change the ftp port in IE and then redirect traffic 
on that port through PF?  or is there anyother way?

afaik the ftp:// method is defined as anonymous FTP, so either you will use
username:password, or you will have anonymous login... or just skip squid,
it's quite useless for non-anonymous data
