Hi,

I' running tproxy2 + squid-2.7stable5 as bridge and work good. I'm using only 
one rule as below:

iptables -t tproxy -A PREROUTING -i br0 -p tcp -m tcp --dport 80 -j TPROXY 
--on-port 3128
