They now have policies regarding such things as IPs.
They are also likely have the cheapest rate going, since anyone
on-selling has to make up their own IANA costs below any profit they
make from you.
On the other hand if you have been assigned even one IP from your
current ISP then you have access to a full /48 of 2002:: IPv6 space free
of additional charge right now.
