ups sorry, forgot to change the subject
is it possible to use 2 internet
connection with 1 instance of squid?
( some what like load balancing )
so the pc has 3 eth, eth0 is connected to LAN, eth1 to ISP1
and eth2 to ISP2
or
only 2 eth used, eth1 is bind to 2 different IP, to enable
to connect bith ISP1 and ISP2
But what setting should be done for the squid to use both
?

Not with any of the current Squid.
They can only load-balance within a cache heirarchy. You would need a peer Squid at the other end of each ISP link.

Nobody has gotten around to the ACL which would allow connection balancing.

Please be using
Current Stable Squid 2.7.STABLE6 or 3.0.STABLE16
 Current Beta Squid 3.1.0.9

You can use policy routing or load-balancing from the linux kernel. See here, how to do this: http://lartc.org/howto
