[squid-users] about upstream patches b9089, b9090, b9092

Hi,

the patches b9089, b9090, b9092 are declared as "changes since the last
release", but they couldn't applied to squid3-3.0.STABLE18 because to be
patched files are inexistent.
Shouldn't this be fixed ?
