[squid-users] Transparent issues

Issue with:

server:/xxx/Squid/sbin root# ./squid -NCd1
FATAL: Bungled squid.conf line 57:  http_port 3128 transparent
Squid Cache (Version 2.5.STABLE10): Terminated abnormally.

Is there any reason I can not use that in my config?
