Who keeps your subs list and assigns your IP addresses LOL? Even on 
smart phones, the strategy is to offload the browser functions to 
a server in many cases. I thought the carriers put the default
software on most phones, adding a header shouldn't be that tough as
often these are branded and otherwise customized.
