[squid-users] Stable Squid version for windows OS

Good day,
Can i use squid-3.0.STABLE20 with Windows OS? If not, which version of squid
is more suitable for any version of windows OS?
Does squid-cache/proxy support two (2) internet connections at the same time
for a local network?
