[squid-users] Squid 2.7 vs Squid 3.0

What can you suggest to use with Debian Sarge, Squid Squid 2.7.STABLE7 or 
3.0.STABLE23 ?
If I decided to pass from Squid 2.7 to to new 3.0, I need to modify all 
squid.conf again or I can easily move old file to new version ?
