I also say thanks to the squid-team for their excellent work & support ! We're running 4 squid-3.0 servers for our whole campus including c-icap from Tsantilas Christos, At the begining we had some implementation problems of course but that is normal. (Mostly due to Layer 8 issues.) But to summarize : we're really really satisfied with this nice piece of software even if I still don't know how it really works. What would you use instead of squid ? Bluecoat Inc. ? or maybe mod_proxy / mod_cache ?
