[squid-users] blocking users from x amount of connections with acl maxconn

Hi

I'm trying to set a limit of no more than three connections per user 
with maxconn
acl lan-ebola dst 192.168.24.18
acl limitebola maxconn 3
http_access deny limitebola lan-ebola
http_access allow !limitebola
It's not limiting anything, though.
