[squid-users] error in redirector

Hi All,

I tried to configure squirm with squid to redirect address
I am getting the following error in the cache.log and not able to browse 
any sites

2010/03/29 18:29:06| helperHandleRead: unexpected reply on channel -1 
from url_rewriter #1 ''

My squid.conf look like this

url_rewrite_program /usr/local/squirm/bin/squirm
url_rewrite_children 10
url_rewrite_concurrency 302

Help me in solving this issue
