Sort of. It supports authentication to the proxy with LanMan (LM), NTLMv1, NTLMv2, and Kerberos. It does not support pass-thru.
For full pass-thru support you require 3.1. Amos -- Please be using Current Stable Squid 2.7.STABLE9 or 3.1.4
