[squid-users] Bandwidth assignment based on active directory Users

Hi,
     I am trying to assign bandwidth to each user in Active Directory . 
    Now I am using 
    squid version :  3.0.STABLE9 , with NTLM.
    configure options:  '--enable-auth=ntlm,basic' '--prefix=/usr/local/squid' 
'--enable-storeio=diskd,ufs' '--with-winbind-auth-challenge'.
    OS  : Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 
     I cannot use user based BW assingnment.

  Please help regarding this issue ?
