Sorry, like I said in my previous posting: solutions that block 99% are all paid.
block UltraSurf is easy btw.one thing that i learned in all that time as a sysadmin is that is painfull to a user when the site is not blocked, but is with a 1 byte delay pool.
Hmmm. Not my preferred choice of implementing an internet usage policy.
