Hello i can´t access to site 
https://www.fna.gov.co:8081/BancaVirtual/a/login.jsp, the error in the log is 
1303923860.335      4 10.120.5.41 TCP_DENIED/403 1455 CONNECT 
www.fna.gov.co:8081 
no proxy settings in the browser the access is correct,
