Only the first Instance is woking well but the second isnt working

usually the first instance I used to install it as :
squid.exe -i -n squid
but the second instance I tired this one :
squid.exe -i -n SquidSurf -f C:/squid2/etc/squid2.conf
also tried to change the directory of Logs ...
Any help ?
Start the second instance with -X option on the command line and it
will dump a whole lot of early startup debug information. The answer may
be buried in there somewhere.
