[squid-users] SMP Workers and delay pool

Hello,

I don't understand on thing about delay pools and smp 
How i can read this ? The delay pool limit is by kid or for all ?


squidclient -p 3128 cache_object://localhost/delay

delay_access 1 allow all 
delay_parameters 1 20000000/20000000 -> With two kids the limit is 40000000 ?
