Can you provide some details please. Such as what Squid version and
config you are using.
This kind of thing usually shows up when refresh_pattern lines are
forcing things to cache wrongly or the site is itself presenting broken
cache control details. This latter is usually fixed quickly if the
webmaster is notified.
