Does privoxy support acting as an ICAP server?
It documents itself as a proxy, not just a filter. With capability to
be chained with other proxies. So you would use a cache_peer parent
relationship in the squid.conf if it sits behind Squid or alternatively
some setting in privoxy config to point at Squid as the upstream server
if it sits in front of Squid.
