The <computer-name> has Windows Netbios limitations of 15 characters (see

I reduced the length of the name to under 15 characters
(3MSYDPROXY01-K) and it works fine. I feel foolish for not picking
that up on the Squid Kerberos wiki. I will email the msktutil
maintainer and ask if they can add that to the man page to make it
more obvious for others in future.
