I'm using Squid3 (squid/3.1.14) on Ubuntu 11.10. I've installed it via apt-get repository and it's running as a service.
The problem is: When I first open the computer, Squid can't connect to any URI. But when I restart it by using "service squid3 stop" and "service squid3 start" commands, it starts working. It's always like this. Why it happens and what can I do ? Does anyone know ?
