I'm reading the Squid Users Guide available at:
http://www.deckle.co.za/squid-users-guide. But in more places than one, I'm
finding that the text is making reference to examples which are nowhere to
be found. 

Here's just one instance. On page,
http://www.deckle.co.za/squid-users-guide/Access_Control_and_Access_Control_Operators,
I see the sentence...

    "You could thus deny the dialup range cache access during working hours
with the FOLLOWING acl rules:"

... but don't see any acl rules following as the text says.

Are the owners of Squid documentation aware of this problem, and then
working to fix it?
