[squid-users] Long time to load pages with IP address while.

I'm having problem with squid 3.1.20 (intercept) that when I'm trying to 
access some device with IP address like http://192.168.1.1/ .
on online mode it the response is slow but somehow can be managed.
if I'm in offline mode(not internet access) it takes a lot of time to 
get the response.

it seems like a a dns problem, but i'm using an ip address?
