What Certificate (Public Key) must be shared with the external partner?
1 - The client certificate (Who initiate the connection) ? If yes, how
to configure squid to tranfer this certificate.
2 - The Squid certificate ? If yes, how to set the certificate for
Squid (SFTP-SSH)

Squid does not support SFTP at this time. Only plain FTP with some IPv6
extensions.
Patches to add SFTP support to Squid are welcome.
