What could be generating these entries? I started seeing them after an upgrade
from 3.1.6 (debian build) to 3.2.6 (from sources). Maybe they just weren't
logged in the previous version, but where do they come from? Look like requests
with an empty Host header.
We are still trying to figure what these ones are. Apparently some
non-existent domain being fetched without anywhere to store the result.
