OK. Then:
1) include
debug_options ALL,5 33,2 28,9
in squid27A.conf
2)Stop squid27A, remove all logfiles of squid27A, start squid27A
3) request video from youtube.
4) stop squidA again
5) post here
-squid27A.conf
-squid27A -v
6)Give me a link, so I can download cache27A.log.zip and access27A.log.zip
to have a look at the debug output
