Do you know you need ssl-bump in order to block https traffice?
Also it's limited only to a specified ports..

Hi, I have configured transparent proxy with squid 3.3.5 stable edition. I am
unable to block https://www.facebook.com and other https websites. SSL and
HTTPS websites are bypassing my proxy server they are not going through
proxy server.
