Sorry, you can't. I have a sponsor now with a working Squid-3. But the
build process is still quite convoluted and we are still in the process
of polishing up and porting the changes that need making into 3.HEAD.

You could write one yourself. The fake helper is just a while-loop that
reads lines up to 32KB long from stdin and for each one writes "OK\n"
back to stdout.
