There is no Squid patch to do this either.

There have been rough patches to kill GIF animation, and process content 
inline to some extent...but nothing as complex as adding a cookie. 
That's a pretty big job.  Some work seems to be underway to make content 
processing more reasonable in Squid, but right now it isn't.
