Do you use squidGuard to block ads, then replace them with the 1x1.gif? If you do, would you please look at this page <http://urbanlegends.about.com/>?
I get a blank page at that url. It's so blank that <View><Source> is grayed out. If I modify my squidGuard.conf file and remove "!ads" from the acl, the page works perfectly. Could somebody look at the source on that page and tell me how they are doing that? If nothing else, is there a domain or url that I can remove from my ads db to get this site working again? If you ARE blocking ads, and the site works for you, then the difference is something I have in my ads db that's not in yours. (Maybe you could help me zero in on that?) I'd appreciate any assistance you can provide. TIA! Rick Matthews
