Greetings all, apologies if this has been answered before. I have tried searching usenet and the mailing list archives but I could not find a solution.
 
I have configured and installed squidguard 1.2.0 with Berkely DB 2.7.7 (08/20/99). It is installed as /usr/local/bin/squidGuard, and the configuration file is /etc/squid/squidguard.conf. The blacklists are located in /usr/blacklists.
 
When running the command
 
`echo "http://www.porn.com/ - - GET" | /usr/local/bin/squidGuard -c /etc/squid/squidguard.conf -d`
 
the following output is produced:
 
2002-04-29 14:14:52 [1113] init domainlist /usr/blacklists/porn/domains
2002-04-29 14:14:52 [1113] loading dbfile /usr/blacklists/porn/domains.db
2002-04-29 14:14:52 [1113] domainlist empty, removed from memory
