women.com was removed when I made this post, and I did do the 'squidGuard -u' and 'squid reload' routine. The site is now reachable, but it wasn't for a long while after I put the site in a domain.diff file. At this point I don't know what happened, but it is working properly.

SG reports this site as porn, but when I do a grep for redbook.women.com I get no solid matches. Is this a problem with SquidGuard or is Squid caching a redirect? How can I fix this?
