Use the IEAK to create an organisation specific browser, set the
appropriate policies, or use the following:
(Copy and save as a .reg file, make the settign syou want as admin, then
merge these registry entries.  Only those with Regedit permission will be
able to change the setings on IE.  Does NOT affect other browsers though!)
