Wrapzap and zapchain seems to work with squidGuard, squirm and viralator. But the virus checking is still a little bit diffficult cause the files have to be downloaded first, then checked and after saying "ok" send to the client. Viralator open therefore a window where you can see the download (more or less nice) and tries to reload the original frame. If this is a auto-download frame you will get a lot of download windows... :-( viralator should check if the file to download already exists in the download directory and if the previous download has finished. The better way would be if squid could call file checkers (i.e. antivirus software) for different file extensions and after a successfull check send the files to the client... Everything else is patchwork... :-( Regards Nils.
