Hi A follow up on my problem.After looking at my Apache error logs I found this error message:
"10 08:44:15 2002] [error] [client 192.168.0.1] client denied by server configuration: /var/www/cgi-bin/squidguard.cgi" The client address is the internal NIC's of my firewall. I have checked the permission as everyone has mentioned but no success.
