I had this issue but not only with the porn entries. I could happen with any other entries (hacking, etc...) I tried some months ago to rename the directories and modify my squidGuard.conf accordingly and it has worked but I didn't like that workaround (I prefer to use the blacklists with the name entries got in the original tarball). If someone got this problem, it would be good to try the fix I describe and see what happens next.
