No, it works with RH7.3. However, I think when compiling squidguard on
a RH7.3 system I had to give it the path to the db.h.
Also it works very well with BerkeleyDB 3.29 (no problem to install this).
My problems (squidguard passed all) solved after changing the permission
on these files:
- *.db files
- log file (squidGuard.conf)
must be "rw" for squidguard *and* the squid "effective_cache_user" (see
squid.conf for this). And (probably) the directories "x" for these.
Suggestion: put these users into one group.
