This is the reason why I recommend a structured approach to your
squidGuard.conf file, with log statements in each destination group.
Sooner or later, everyone needs to be able to figure out why a site
is being blocked.

http://www.r3mix.net/ is being redirected to: 
http://users.belgacom.net/gc247244/ and you'll find belgacom.net
in the squidGuard blacklist porn/domains file.
